Nephrogenic Systemic Fibrosis (NSF) - also known as Nephrogenic Fibrosing Dermopathy, or NFD - is a severely debilitating condition that has been diagnosed in people with kidney disease following exposure to gadolinium contrast dyes used in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)
