I am disappointed with doctors and other therapists for treating the body as though it exists without a person attached to it. People who ask what their symptoms are saying are astounded how readily their bodies reply and how helpful these messages are. It is sad they had to suffer, often for years or even decades, before someone invited them to ask what their body was wanting them to know.

We are often taught to ignore and bury our problems and upsets and to 'be strong.' This is a temporary solution for distress that has serious drawbacks. Learning to identify and to release our feelings are much better ways of handling them. Varieties of self-treatment methods enable us to do this, with excellent results, including the release of anxieties about having problems in the first place.

WHEE is an amazing method for releasing pains of all sorts. The WHEE method is so simple, it can be learned in minutes by adults and children.
