3) Trust whatever the commercial is saying

There are lots of dieting pills on the market today and you can easily get it from pharmacies. Since you are probably lazy to do some exercise, you simply take any diet pills as long as it can help you to lose weight. This is unhealthy dieting and you should not take any diet pills without consulting your doctors first.
